SHIPPING RATES

Shipping rates are charged based on a calculation of the weight and volume of your order, to your specified destination. This rate is shown as “Shipping Cost” in the Checkout. Standard Shipping is free for all orders over $75 (Free shipping does not apply to orders using a discount.) within Australia.

AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING

Shipping within Australia is generally carried by Australia Post, though we may opt to use an alternate service where necessary. Please ensure a valid address is supplied - we can deliver to residential, business and PO Box addresses.

DISPATCH AND DELIVERY

We aim to dispatch orders within two working days, however there may be delays during peak sales and promotional periods. You will be able to view your order tracking number in the My Orders section of your account – this tracking number can be used for shipping status enquiries. Please note delivery times will vary based on location.
